    Yesterday our neighbors contracted this company to trim and clean their palm trees. In the process, their employees continuously and carelessly dropped trimmed palm fronds on our flowerbeds rather than taking a few more seconds to drop them into their adjacent waiting truck. This broke and trampled many of our plants. When contacted regarding the damage, the owner came out to inspect and agreed there was damage to the plants but was unwilling to compensate for any of it. Instead he then instructed his workers to "protect" the plants further by putting a ladder over the plants that were in danger, while in the process further crushing these plants. Their "cleanup" still left all kinds of palm shrapnel in our beds and on our lawn, which should never have been there to begin with.
    Be aware that this company is only interested in doing jobs in the fastest manner possible and that your landscaping and your neighbors landscaping are in the line of fire. This company will also not take any responsibility for their carelessness other than a hollow apology.
