My experience purchasing a new AC unit with Can Do Crew Plumbing has been truly outstanding. The level of service, expertise, and dedication of the team is unique and memorable. The moment my AC went out, the technician was at my home to install a temp AC until my AC could arrive and be installed. When they diagnosed the issue, pictures of every area were provided without request. Multiple options were provided and they helped me make the right choice for my household. Financing discussions were truly transparent. Each cost clearly stated. Before a week went by, my new AC was installed and working beautifully. Just two months prior to my AC replacement, my parents that are disable and elderly needed a new AC unit quick. They appraised the unit the same day that I called. Instead of just quoting a replacement, they spoke with me about puting a larger unit on the home and were transparent about the cost to do so. Within a week, my parents unit was replaced. For the first timw in 30 years my parents two story home is cool on the second floor. I cannot explain in words my family's gratitude. Excellent work!!!! I am always afraid to seek out home repair services because of horror stories and reviews I read. These guys are excellent! Ease of scheduling, transparency with service charges and ease of payment were all exceptional! I am keeping these guys for all future plumbing and AC repair. They exceeded all expectations. I was going to attempt to “do it myself”-so glad I got them to complete a full toilet replacement in my 2nd bathroom. Marcos did a great job! Thank you!
