      The business model is all about inflating insurance claims to maximize the insurance settlement payment, then afterwards they ******* the client out of that money by tricking them into inferior options, sub par materials and by using cheap unskilled day labor. The workmanship is horrible and will not last. Most of their business practices are criminal and one day I hope they get caught.They take advantage of traumatized people for profit. The Lowest form of scum on earth.

      I had a flood in my house and the cleanup response was great from Alert. They dried it quickly and my insurance paid the bill shortly after Alert billed them and myself. An easy process. Nice people.
