  Great company to work with. They gave he best designers and engineers. Peter is a great person. He does extra for all the clients. I’m glad I went to the Bakersfield drafter. They have a great technology related to civil engineering, Architecture, and software engineering. Thank you Peter. You guys are the best.

  **BE CAREFUL**
  Peter A****** is a THIEF watch out. He deposited our check for 3 grand in 2022 and then just yesterday changed the date to 2023 and deposited it again.
  Our experience working with him was great initially but changed quick once he actually submitted the plans. He made so many mistakes that it took for ever to fix. He made alterations to our addition and removed over 150 SQ ft with out telling us. Redesigned our kitchen layout, widows ect. Then submitted the plans they got approved we paid for the permit. Opened up the plans and realized he changed everything. We had to hire a real architect to fix his mistakes

  This is a false allegation. Our company never engaged in such actions. Toolin' Around Handyman Services, you were the ones who breached the contract and failed to fulfill the remaining payment for the service. The approved plans underwent several requested changes by the Building Department Plan checker, which we accommodated without any additional charges. We performed extra work, including structural calculations and addressing lateral loads as required by the plan checker, and yet you never paid for these services. Contrary to your claim, you did not hire a qualified architect; we made the extra changes you requested after the plans had already been approved at no additional cost. It's regrettable that you are making false accusations when, in fact, we could have taken legal action against you for breaking the contract and not paying the remaining amount after the plans were approved. Instead, you took advantage of Peter's willingness to provide extra help.
