"called them twice so far and both time the unit has not been fixed they charged me for a service call then a 149 for maintence and maintence dont do what they should the unit is dirty we had to do it our selves because apparently they are not to clean the coils in side and out side i have pictures to prove what the inside looks like and no it wont work cool down with the filth it has in the coils , sad but what the hell would i pay maintence just for them to come out and change the filter when i been doing it every month my self , sad that i paid alot for the unit and the duct work to be done and the unit is under warranty should not have had to pay anything period shame on the company for not doing thier job correctly shame shame shame refund my money, and keep my warranty manafacture no less for another 4 yrs"
