    I would have to agree with ********* L's comment. I just had them service a house recently. I wanted some information regarding Training, Licensing and Certifications pertaining to the Pest Control and Chemicals being used. Very rude when I attempted to get any of this information from them. I would even give them less than a 1 star rating if I could

    These people are unbelievably rude and unnecessarily hostile. The owner himself came to me home and was so abrasive that I was almost in shock of how rude he was. The office staff is just as rude. They sent me to collections for a debt they never once attempted to collect (no email invoice or paper invoice was ever sent to my home). The office staff called me combative for being upset they sent me to collections without sending me a bill when I was so calm on the phone and not disrespectful at all. It’s honestly sad how hostile they are and it’s not necessary at all. They shouldn’t be in business with the public, they are rude for no reason.
