    Management from the UPS store reached out but the business still hasn’t contacted me with anything.

    January 2nd I get an email asking for more images added to the portal. (After I've already thrown away the box.) Luckily, I had all those pictures saved and added them in. I respond and never hear back.

    February 26th I email them saying I'm waiting for an update please advise. They respond days later asking for additional photos of the item's inside of the box. (Which makes no sense why I would have those, I took them out before I saw any damages.)

    During this whole interaction management from the Atascadero store has been looped in on the emails and assuring the claims team that the refund needs to be issued to no avail. They are now blaming tariffs and a not clear enough image of the label they made and have to not give me a refund.

    This claim is for UPS Claim's team and not the Atascadero location.

    *I will include many emails below in the images* (They have not tried to resolve this.)

    Lastly, every timer I email them it's a different person.
