After difficulty with this place in trying to get approved I was sent over to the SM tyler who then proceeded to insult my intelligence with the documents I provided and was far from unprofessional. Besides his attitude. He made promises that he couldn’t keep as well as changing the costs and rates. He was very bait and switch

I came to this company because of the good reviews on BBB and because of what they were offering. They offered to pay my current credit card processing company the $495 termination fee (I only had 3 months left out of my three year contract), they offered a No contract deal with good payment agreements. They said I would pay the initial $495 out of my account and they would reimburse me. That was fine because I had it in writing in the contract that they would. Well the second I tried to get the $495, all of a sudden they said I would need to wait a 3 month period because they were having problems with people simply trying to get out of their contract and then canceling with them too. I understood that, so I waited the allotted time. At the three month **** I called in to enquire about the $495. Their story changed once again. Somewhere, someone had messed up and now in order to get the termination fee back I would have to sign a three year contract. The whole reason I went with this company was because there was no contract. If I had known this would transpire, I could have just waited the three months with the previous company I was with and I wouldnt be out $495 dollars. Since I have the previous contract, the one that states I have no contract and that they will pay the termination fee, maybe I should just take them to small claims court, but Im hoping theres an easier solution.
