  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY- OMTECH LASER!!!We ordered replacement pieces and they always arrive broken and shattered. I had to return funds to my clients and already paid orders because horrible packing and choosing ***** to ship items and once they arrive they are broken.

  I highly recommend OMTech Laser, when purchased through OMTech in *******. I have so far purchased a CO2 laser 100 watt and a Fiber Laser from these folks. I have had no issues with my equipment and the customer support has been top notch. They are kind, responsive and accurate.Prior to purchasing my OMTech equipment I had the misfortune of buying a Monport Laser. I had so many problems with Monport and lack of support that OMTech saw my ******** posts and OMTech in *******, reached out to me, offering me support on ******* and never charged me for the help they provided. OMTech in ******* is flat out amazing.

  Spent thousands of dollars on a new laser just to have it break down in 3 months. No laser no business. Tried repeatedly to get help with our warranty only to be told "someone will call you" who never does. Weeks of this kind of runaround. Then if you decide to return it you will loose shipping and restocking that is about $1000 dollars! Yeah everyone has that to just throw away. What a horrible company to try and deal with. Now I just have a $5000 dollar paperweight. I wish I would of checked their F BBB rating before I invested in a fruad.

  This company falsely advertised a sale price on a product with a countdown timer advising that the sale would end approximately 16 hours later. However, when attempting to checkout a short time later, the shopping cart price changed automatically to a higher price despite still being in the sale window. Watch your shopping cart if attempting to purchase from OMTech. Their pricing and marketing strategies are unreliable and sketchy.

  I would highly recommend OMTech Laser and their polar machine for home hobbies and small to small-medium businesses. This machine is fairly easy to use and their tech team is friendly, knowledgeable and really helped walk me through some fine tuning. I did have to schedule an appointment. The tech was able to see the machine/what I was doing through their virtual call. This machine has elevated my art to a whole new level and I couldn't be happier with the results.

  February 2, 2023 Good Morning to everyone looking to purchase a Laser Engraver for a Home Business or for your business outside of your home. Be careful and beware of OMTech Laser ****************** We had to rate this company a #1 only for the fact that they did delivered a machine that only should have been scraped out for parts.We received a machine from them that had a dented main cabinet, spray paint covered up flaws, broken corner of the safety glass, broken saftey switch, missing bumpers, loose metal shavings in the bottom, nuts and bolts and washers loose in the bottom ,main cabinet assembly not lined up properly. So this is far this machine got. I conducted a full written report along with photos. Contacted **********, Omtech and request that this machine be picked up and returned back to OMTech Laser. I will never buy any equipment from this company or refer anybody to purchase from Omtech. We are a small family owned business and we do not need this type of equipment that could breakdown at any time and deal with poor customer service. We lost 1 of our cleints due to this greek diaster and lost income.So beware if you decide to purchase from Omtech "TRUST" is a key word here don't due business with a company that produces bad products. ***************************** ******* **

  We received this laser on Nov 16, 2022. Once it was all set up it seemed to be working great. Ended up having an issue when attempting to cut mirror acrylic. So, I went ahead and did a mirror alignment. Got the mirrors all aligned, then came more problems. Although the laser to lens/ bed worked fine, it will not cut or engrave at all. Doesn't make sense right? Contacted the seller, sent videos and photos. They determined the laser tube needed to be replaced. We got the new laser tube and got it installed, ran the same alignment tests and got the same results. To date (Dec 1, 2022) we have only been able to use our laser for 4 days before we started having issues. We are a small business and this is hurting us during the busiest time of the year. We also reached out to OMTech via a phone number on their website. No help. Just kept being told we were being put in the queue for a callback, that never came. I'm giving it aside few days, if my problem is not resolved, I will be returning this machine.
