If there is an error or dissatisfaction with our services due to our error, we redo the work at no cost and if client wants refund and wants to go to another CPA, we refund the money. However, in service type business, it has to be proved, that our firm's employee made an error. if client wants to change his mind after services are provided, and they are done accurately, then there is no refund
