    Why can't you give out negative stars. The company I worked for tried to use bil.com, hoping that it would help their tutors (myself included) get paid faster and with more options. The process was supposed to be streamlined, so no payments would be disrupted but of course, people can choose to utilize other aspects of bill.com if they would like. I received an e-mail from bill.com on the day I was supposed to get paid, so I signed up and received log in information. This was all done just by me typing in my info, like when you sign up with any website. But then they refused to give me my check because I could not verify my identity. (My purse was stolen just recently and I do not have an ID, and now I don't even have money to get my ID since they've been holding my money for almost a week past my ay date.) I understand the importance of protecting our identity and our finances, so the precaution is understandable. EXCEPT, how the **** can you open an account and have someones money when you didn't verify my identity in the first place? Who's to say someone else didn't open up that account. The account should have never been opened, therefore my money should have gotten direct deposited in my normal bank account. I was finally able to get ahold of someone on bill.com, who, after a while of explaining that I cannot verify my idenity, seemed to be quite helpful. Reassuring me that they had escaled it, he gave me a case number and said it would be taken care of. After a couple of days and still nothing, I got in touch with them again. This time, the person stated there was nothing they could do and for me to contact my employer. YOU HAVE MY MONEY! WHAT DO YOU MEAN THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO. Luckily, my employer acknowledges that this change shouldnt' have ahppened, they apologized and I should be getting paid within a day or 2, finally, thank goodness. The fact that I already have enough to deal with, but then to have this happen, it's ridiculous.

    DO NOT do business with BILL.com! They are still holding $1,210 that my employer deposited with them for over a week. My employer switched over to using BILL recently. **** sent an email stating they needed a routing and account number for direct deposit, which I provided. On Nov 30, they sent a test deposit of .01 which cleared o both ends. My employer sent my pay to them on Dec 6. which was never direct deposited by ****. I spent hours each day for the past week going back and forth between BILL and my PayPal checking account. **** continued to insist that they had processed it. Yesterday after 4 hours, **** now says they needed documentation for my protection (Drivers license, Paystubs, Utility bills, passport, bank statements, government issued photo IDs, etc.) before they could process my direct deposit!!! I checked with my employer - NOBODY else at our company was required to submit any documentation!!! Why was I singled out? I can only assume it is because I am a senior, over the age of 65 years old! I have emailed them these documents THREE times and they continue to say they have received them! There is no way to speak to a real person on the phone, and these poor folks trying to help online in the chat box are clearly offshored. They have been of no help at all. I am a senior citizen and feel that I have been unfairly singled out. I have had numerous bank accounts over the years. All I have ever needed to do to open a new account is show a Drivers License and either a paycheck to make a deposit or cash. I am insulted, outraged and extremely frustrated with BILL.com I have asked my employer to use another company for their payroll services. Obviously there is a reason that BILL.com is not BBB Accredited! And I guarantee you that all BILL.com will do is post an apology below and say they will look into the matter. They'll assign a case number ticket, which supposedly goes to your message center but absolutely goes nowhere! BILL.com is a huge headache!

    Bill.com needs some major overhaul when it comes to customer and sales service. After going through the chat room, because no one is in customer service who can take a customer phone call, I was directed to chat then speak with ******************** Representative, ******* ***** to request purchase of additional services needed for ********************* to sync/integrate with Great Plains. **. ***** promised he would get pricing to me and in the interim sent a link to Bill.com on how to sync. That was on October 19, 2022, and after leaving several follow-up email response and voice messages on the phone number **. ***** left, I have not had any return response. This leads me to inform ********************* management the service Bill.com / BILL provide *** not be what they (Summit) need for their business. Today is October 31, 2022 and still no response from Bill.com BILL. A call would definitely be appreciated to continue business.

    This company has unethical practices of trying to strong-arm companies into signing up for their service. Our customers were using Bill.com - our company was NOT paying for this service as we can achieve better and faster accounting in-house. But the company refused to send us complete remittance details for the payments made by our customers - even though our customers were paying for their service - and kept demanding that we sign up in order to get the complete information. They basically implemented a practice whereby we could not get electronic payment from our customers who were paying for their service unless we signed up. We got notices saying that if we refused to sign up, they would cut a paper check instead and it would take an additional 5-7 business days. So the customers who paid for their services had their payments arrive late to us and meanwhile, because we didn't want anything to do with them, we were (and are - to date I can't seem to get them to stop!) bombarded with e-mails demanding that we use their service. There is NO customer service - no human to address this with, which is what leads me to want to file a complaint. If no one contacts me from Bill.com (or "Bill" as they are calling themselves now), I will file with the Better Business Bureau and they are costing our company money in the wasted payroll hours dealing with their nonsense and they are costing their own customers because the payments aren't delivered on time. Shame on you!!!

I didn't care for that - it required me to surrender my number without being able to just reach her myself. I prefer to speak by email.     Has sent me fake check on multiple occasions I asked to speak with a manager was told there are none the company never address problems and steals your money how do you issue fake checks over and over and not get shut down

    I have spent hours trying to get repayment of money Bill.com charged me for an electronic payment (when I have tried over and over to make this a paper check), I was assured my next payment would be paper. So far they have charged me $400 for sending money the way I have asked them not to. You cannot get anyone on the phone and when you do a chat, they assure you everything is taken care of, just to go back to **********. Scam? *********

    I had money sent to me and I can't access it. They only have a Chat as a way to deal with customers. I found a number for them, and I was directed back to their Chat help. Today I spent over 2 hours on this chat and was ran in circles. I retired from the customer service industry and on over 30 years and have never seen worse customer service than this.

    Both the website and the app are useless- I cannot access my account after I login. It reroutes me to a "add contact" page, yet I cannot add anything, because there is no access to anything. I've contacted customer service and if they reply, they auto email me saying to "click here" to access their response, but guess what, I CAN'T access the page- I'm again redirected to the add contact. Endless loop. **************** is not service. Horrible.

    YOU LIED AND STOLE MONEY FROM ME! I opened a new account, forgetting that I had an old account -- used once -- from 2017. You billed me TWICE for this old, dormant account. When I called, your agent acknowledged the error and said I would receive a refund. I didn't. When I disputed the transaction with my bank, you lied again and said you billed an active account. I'm stuck using bill.com because this is how one client pays me. People, STAY AWAY! I'd rather be paid in pennies than have to deal with bill.com.
