    I am writing a review and complaint against SMOG EXPRESS and its owner due to extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior that I experienced during my recent visit to their establishment. This incident has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the standards of customer service and professionalism within their business.I went to SMOG EXPRESS to perform my vehicle smog check required by DMV. From the moment I entered, I was met with indifference and rudeness from the owner. When I approached him with questions regarding the wait time, he barely responded and displayed an attitude as if my queries were bothersome and unwelcome. His dismissive demeanor made me feel undervalued as a potential customer.However, the situation escalated when I proceeded to the service desk to handle my paperwork. As I was asking the front desk attendant about the total price, the owner rushed to the front of the desk to apparently get some paperwork for another customer. He physically touched me to push me to the side, indicating that I was in his way. Then when I objected to his touching, he brusquely grabbed my paperwork from the desk and handed it off to me bluntly, to indicate they will not be providing their services to me. These actions were completely unwarranted, inappropriate, and made me feel violated and uncomfortable.As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy at all times, regardless of the circumstances. The behavior exhibited by the owner of SMOG EXPRESS was not only disrespectful, but also crossed the boundaries of acceptable conduct in a professional setting.I believe that such behavior is detrimental to the reputation of SMOG EXPRESS, and undermines the trust and confidence of customers. No individual should be subjected to rudeness or physical contact while seeking service from any establishment.Also, as another customer noted, they push you to pay cash, under the excuse that they are giving you a discount with their coupon.
