- If cancellation is made 14 days prior to your arrival, deposits are refundable, less a $35 service fee per night per room. Cancellations made with less than 14 days are not refundable, and your stay will be charged in full to the credit card provided. Multiple room reservations have a 21 day cancellation policy. Departure before your scheduled departure date will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policy. Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly; so we strictly adhere to our stated policies.
