    0 OUT OF 10. Would give ZERO Stars if possible. BUSINESS IS GOING DOWN HILL.Placed order 30Jul2024, was told 6-8 weeks. Asked for updates and kept getting an excuse one after another. Was even asked what i ordered after providing the invoice number. Dec still same story and got a refund. Issues with company is there a disconnect between Sales (******) and those actually making the product.Horrible ***************** No follow up or status provided to customers. More interested in posting sales on IG, FB than filling orders.

    This business has had my parts for over 9 months. I constantly call and text and they seldomly respond back with, the parts should be in tonight. Ive asked for my parts back several times whether they are done or not and yet still no response. I believe that customers are loosing, time, money and even our parts when it comes to this business. Something needs to be done about this.
