    Had several windows replaced, 3 doors and two skylights replaced. On time and under budget! couldn't have asked for anything more. Ask for *** as your installer. Highly recommend.

    We wanted to get a quote for a security door. My wife called and they asked questions we had NEVER been asked before from other companies. Are you married? Do you own the house? Are you on the loan with your husband? They even checked to see if we owned the house. We had just bought it. Who the h*** does that? They also wanted to know if we would both be there when getting a quote and if we BOTH approve getting a security door. Again who asked those questions and honestly none of your **** business. The ********** comes out smelling like he just had a double shot of whiskey in the car before coming in. Total sales pitch.Then he was completely **** hurt when told him my wife and I would have to discuss this further. No frickin way would I ever do business with a company that treats their potential customers like this.

    Wow! This is an amazing customer oriented company! So professional and when work was completed I was sharing to my family and friends because of their professionalism! Totally recommend. Maybe alittle more in cost but worth every ***** for what they provide!!

    I had a VELUX solar powered skylight installed about 6 months ago. This skylight comes with a lifetime warranty. The skylight will not open in the early morning. I have called numerous times for almost a week and I am told that the service department will get back to me. They still have not called.

    They were listed in Pella's website as an authorized pella dealer. Checked the BBB site before contacting the company and found mainly poor reviews. Read the reviews and decided to contact the company anyway. Filled out a request on their website and mentioned we discuss the BBB reviews so we can make sure not to head down the same road. Gentleman called me and said "Let's discuss the BBB reviews. We have an A+ rating. Remember back in school when A+ was the best grade you can get..." blah blah blah. Asked him not about an arbitrary rating but about the slew of reviews which are poor. He said anyone can leave a review there, these are not customers who are leaving reviews, we've had no one file a complaint with them directly. Said they are 7 years old - they aren't - oldest is 3 years old and the newest is 6 months old. Asked why the didn't respond to the reviews and say that very thing. He said they don't waste their time with that and that the BBB doesn't even allow them to reply to reviews. FALSE. A couple minutes in and he had already lied. At least twice, if not about other things as well. I politely said I would not be a potential customer. They would not meet our needs. Since they do not reply to BBB reviews there likely will not be a reply from the company to this review. If you look at the ****** reviews they reply to many of the negative reviews and say they are fake reviews or former employees. At least 5 reviews have a reply which state they are former employees. Many list employment dates. Why do they have so many negative reviews from former employees? Based on all information gathered and my personal dealings with this company I would never consider them for such a large purchase/investment. If I get around to a ****** review I will be sure to show a screenshot of the 4 minute incoming call from their number and a signed contract for the windows we ultimately purchase elsewhere to verify legitimacy of this review.
