Wow! I am shocked. I chose this service because of the stellar reviews and am disappointed this morning. Top Notch was workable about the price and how the job would be done. We decided to have one tree in front cut down and the three palms in back trimmed for the price of $2150. It was suggested that next Thursday, September 26 would be the work date and since the company indicated they could start quickly, we asked why it couldn't be done sooner. After a discussion, Top Notch and my husband agreed on today, Friday, September 20, 2024. Top Notch told us they would be here by 5:45am to do the job. Everything was going well. We had a contract, a date and the service showed up...then proceeded to tell us that they did not bring the equipment to trim the palms and they didn't have time so they would reschedule it to a later date or they could leave. I sent them packing. The invoice was clear and simple. Great owner but the business side of this business is seriously lacking. I really wanted this to work out.

************************* Sorry for your frustrations. We agreed to $4300 to remove 2 trees and trim 3 palms. You then asked to split the work . I squeezed you in to accommodate you a week earlier to remove your split tree . We strive for excellence. Have a great day.Review fromPaul B.

Top Notch Tree Service was amazing! *********** crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were tasked with taking down a very large mesquite tree in my backyard that was unfortunately causing damage to a common wall with my neighbor and my house. They took the tree down, cut it up and disposed of the debris. They also took the time to sweep up the street of the little debris that was there. Excellent customer ********************** provided by Top Notch Tree Service. Their knowledge & expertise in knowing what needed to be done is outstanding. Our tree was thinned & shaped perfectly & looks amazing. I am totally satisfied with the work and clean up performed by ****** who is very knowledgeable in his profession. These guys know what they're doing. ***** is very knowledgeable and showed me how to keep the trees in good health after pruning. Very efficient and the best price point in tow. I will use Top Notch Tree Service again!
