      My husband utilized this companys tow service through his insurance company. I repeat, this is about the business and not the tow truck driver. Our driver arrived in a good amount of time to tow my husbands utility truck, while ***** was very considerate and friendly, unfortunately He chained around the axle to the wheel lift and then put that down to tighten the chain. Only on the drivers side. That was on the brake line and now the emergency brake doesnt work and it did when he picked it up. That being said, I immediately called the business as well as emailed them to which I received no response. I called this morning and there was no answer. I called again to which a woman answered. She proceeded to tell me We are waiting for the insurance to contact us, unsure of what that meant, she proceeded to talk condescendingly to me. I asked why this wasnt communicated with us, as this is a huge damage done to my husbands work truck. She insisted on arguing with me when I asked why again this wasnt communicated with us and I said I didnt appreciate her lack of customer concern and service.
