"I know $130 is not a lot of money but to have it taken away through a rental deposit deduction for an unfounded claim is wrong. The final inspection said the windows looked good but once I got my deposit back I saw that the rental house owner and Keep Management said there were cobwebs on a window seal and without telling me deducted the $130 for professional cleaning even though the final inspection said the windows were good to go?" ...
