If i could give them zero stars i would. Dont take your family members there unless your going to stay with them 24/7. Theres always a few good people but this place was awful. They didnt take care of my daughter, she was left in her own urine when i got there in the morning at 11 am, she hadnt been cleaned up or served breakfast. My daughter had a very bad car accident and wasnt herself she had 3 brain bleeds broken neck broken pelvic cracked ribs a whole in her side which punctured her liver. The wound care nurse ****** was as nice as could be but in person a total b**** and her Nurse Practioiner was no better. ****** wanted her on a wound vac and they took it upon themselves to take it off and when we returned to banner they were upset and put the wound vac back on. The *** couldnt talk English and when i asked her to bring me sheets that i would fix my daughters bed she told where everything was and to get it myself. Another *** told me to listen that this is the way things go if you want anything from the nurse to get it by 5 pm cause at 6pm to 9 pm there not to be disturbed. Your hear the older residents calling out for help and the *** is standing at the end of the hall doing nothing, I literally had to go over there to tell her the man was almost on the floor. These people dont care we all took turns staying with her as much as possible. ****** the wound nurse refused to change my daughters dressing and told a nurse to do it, the Director of Nursing came down and instructed ****** to change the dressing, this was in the morning when i came back that evening my daughter hadnt been cleaned up. I did ask ***** the nurse if he would help me and he did. I reported that but guess what nothing happened to ****** wound nurse. But in the morning they had discharge paperwork for us at 9:30 pm a very kind nurse showed me how to dress her wound because the facility took her wound vac off. How ***** and we had nowhere to go no rehab we had to wait till Monday
