  Parts department will pickup the phone and wont answer it all you do is just hear people talking in the background even after saying hello multiple times. You call again and this time they just hang up on you. You call the sales department to get to the parts department and tell you that you have to call the parts department directly. I ask for the General Manager of Watson Chevrolet and am told they do not have one so I ask for a regional director and tell me he has been fired so they do not have one as well as mentioned by ******** from the sales department. I was just calling to see how much they charge to program an airbag module that simple. These employees need to be properly trained in how to handle potential clients.

  On 22 November 2023 I purchased a vehicle (**** Camaro SS) from this dealership (sales rep. ***** The paperwork for this vehicle was incorrectly done and the vin for the vehicle I purchased was swapped with another vehicle. On 08 December 2023 I noticed this mistake and attempted to contact the dealership and was told by ******** at the front desk that I would be contacted about the issue. On 16 December 2023 I went into the dealership since I had still not been contacted. The General Sales Manager *********************** told my sales rep and the finance officer ***** that the issue was worked. However nothing had been done and I had not been notified. Their fix to this was to give me all new paperwork and not give me any option to return this vehicle as the cost went up around 20k dollars or negotiate price. In all of this commotion I realized one of the listed items (a spoiler) was not present on the vehicle but listed in the sales contract. There is currently no fix for this as I keep getting pushed around on this issue.

  Deceitful Business People!!!Stopped in to purchase a vehicle on May 8th, 2023. Was looking to purchase a truck and had agreed on terms and everything was looking good. Went down to finance and signed all paperwork, looked like a done deal. The vehicle needed to finish reconditioning and told us they would call when ready to be picked up. The next day(May 9th) they called around noon and told us there was a problem and the vehicle could not be reconditioned. The deal was dead.Later that day around 3pm we logged on to watson Chevrolet's website and the truck that could not be reconditioned was back on sale at a higher price point. After a few hours we checked the website again and it had been sold. We called to verify and sure enough the vehicle had been sold to someone else.I could not believe the lack of integrity. We had all agreed on everything and for them to not even be upfront is pretty disgusting. Went in to confront them and all they did was continue to lie even though we had already confirmed the truth.Never will I ever recommend this place.

  The truck had a leaking turbo amongst other issues. We did not sell it to another customer. It is in the back of the dealership waiting to be wholesaled. They are welcome to purchase it, but the cost of the repairs will outweigh its value.

  Buyer Beware!!I had given them $1,000 deposit for a vehicle. Due to events 8 weeks later I had requested a refund for order that had not even been submitted to Chevrolet yet.After several attempts I see they have no intent of giving me my money back and they reassured me that my deposit was 100% refundable because if I decided I did not want the car they could easily sell it.Too bad a car dealer like them can not even afford $1,000.
