Excellent communications. Showed up at the appointed time! Explained every step of the inspection. Reasonable rates. Answered all of our questions. We had a wonderful experience with ****. He was friendly and knowledgeable about everything. If I had questions, he answered them. If I didnt understand something, he broke it down to a level that I was able to understand. His inspection was very thorough.
