    "A couple of years ago I bought two recliners at *** Levitz on *********** I put five years Insurance on them for repairs and whatever it needed I've only used the insurance twice on one recliner that had to be repaired my other one never got any problems. Now *** Levitz is going out of business I've tried to contact them about my 5-year warranty that I paid for out of pocket to repair my recliners they have not gotten back to me at all I am pretty sure that they will walk away with my warranty money since they are closing up their doors sooner or later I want my refund for what I paid."

    "Ive had my mattress for a little over a year, still in very good condition, i wanted a simple repair. I called *** levitz and they said theyd come pick it up and repair it, pick up day came and i called because i hadnt heard anything, they eventually texted me, and said theyd could no longer pickbit up that theyd offer me a refund, they would just have to pick up the mattress, that day came and went, i called and called i went in store and their own employees told me customer service isnt taking calls anymore you need to text them or email them i did so and when they finally responded i was left with sorry theres nothing we can do for you." ...
