      To prevent possible specimen adulteration and/or substitution of a specimen in the drug test collection process we require that donors empty their pockets and leave all possessions in a locker outside of the restroom during the collection process. Ms. ******* was unhappy with our collector that she was not able to bring an object into the restroom that could have been used to conceal an adulterant/adulteration device. I reviewed the video of the interaction and our collector conducted herself in a professional manner.
