    I recently had the unfortunate experience of working at ************ and I must say that it was nothing short of a disaster. The blatant disregard for HIPAA regulations during my time there was not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning.First and foremost, it was shocking to witness how little importance *********** placed on patient privacy. HIPAA regulations are in place to protect the sensitive and confidential health information of patients, but it seems that ***********'s management team had a completely different perspective. They constantly mishandled and neglected the privacy of patient data, leaving me in a state of disbelief.Throughout my tenure, I observed employees freely discussing patient cases in open areas, disregarding the need for a private and secure environment. It was not uncommon to overhear sensitive information about patients' medical conditions and treatment plans, which should never be exposed to unauthorized individuals. I repeatedly raised concerns with my superiors, but it fell on deaf ears, as they seemed to prioritize convenience over compliance.My overall experience at *********** was marred by the company's reckless approach to patient privacy. The blatant violation of HIPAA regulations cast a dark shadow over my time there, leaving me with a deep sense of ethical concern and professional disappointment. I strongly advise anyone considering employment at *********** to think twice and be prepared for a work environment that neglects the crucial importance of patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.

    I want to start by saying this place is horrible.Im a case manager, and I just heard from one of my clients that she several other members were left on a hot bus for almost 30 minutes before someone let them out. How is this acceptable? *** called ****** care over and over about this situation and they have not answered any of my questions or concerns. I have not received any explanation or reassurance that this situation has been resolved and will not under any circumstances happen again. Ive been transferred to speak with two departments there ( ************************* Facility Director) and still no answers. This is not acceptable not only for my clients but as well as the others that were locked in the bus as well. This is ******* with temperatures still reaching the high 90s.

    I seen one of their company bus's speeding through a school zone yesterday over by *************** in ******,** I called it in on 2 separate occasions to report the same bad driver and i never got an update or a call back about the situation.The first time ive encountered the company driver he was swerving and all over the lines nearly clipping me due to texting while driving. Second time i witnessed the same driver go over a curb and ******* through a school zone. Both times i called in i was told the message would be relayed but clearly there was no action against the driver. I have thats dealing with mental health issues and it would be a shame to send her there knowing that they allow their employees to drive this way, and as a company to not even have to decency to return my phone calls or follow up. I will be filing a formal complaint against your company if this happens again

    ****** care has been a great experience. They have always been there for me. It's not easy having a DCS case but they made the process easier for me. Thank you sonder care.
