"RUN CONFLICT OF INTEREST Adamllc hired **** M President of our HOA The Meadowsto be our Community Manager her employee. Recently cried they had no money to pay roof contractors * need new water heaters * new electrical panels (well basically everything needed to be replaced) even though dues have increased 270 percent since 2015 Then again in August 2022 they increased dues to the max * also huge special assessment then immediately gave themselves both a huge raise." ...
