  Working with *****************, a Senior *******, with Southwest Windows and Doors LLC in ****** was the most fun I've had spending money in a long time. He was professional, informative, and very easy to work with. He augmented the information I received from *********************, listening to my thoughts on the project and helping to make my ideas come to fruition. I love the product, which consists of 10 new windows on my side porch. I'm very much looking forward to the installation and enjoyment of these windows. The energy savings is, also, going to be welcomed. I would highly recommend listening to what Renewal by ******** folks have to say.

  These people are liars and shisters! Renewal by Andersen is a franchise sold to people that, in many cases, have never installed a window! Two wealthy brothers, the *******, bought the franchise in *** and now have ripped off enough people to buy several more. They work with a finance company called Greensky where they get more of your cash. When ******** gets a complaint such as taking unauthorized money from their customers bank account. They give out a phone number to Southwest Window and Door so that those folks have to listen to the furious customer complaints. They are a company that the ***** brothers took their name from and got a license from the *** to do business as Southwest **************** Their commercials are lies! All actor portrayals! Their installers are not licensed. Their 5 star reviews are written primarily by their employees. The locks on their doors are garbage and used by other cheap manufacturers. Their "fibrex" windows WARP and Fade if exposed to the sun! The rollers on their windows cannot be any cheaper. They dry out and break even faster than the window frames. The rails on the windows and doors are not insulated so their reviews on heat penetration are also incorrect. Their salesmen are the only ones going through any heavy training and that is to teach them to smile when they lie and do whatever it takes to get you to sign a contract and get your financing through Green Sky. PEOPLE: DO YOUR RESEARCH! There are several window manufacturers that are far better quality than Andersen that are far less expensive! DO NOT LET THESE SHISTERS STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Especially if you are on a fixed income. I have names and numbers of over 100 people they have ripped off! That's how they can afford all the commercials. Get your own financing, if nescessary and do your research finding a good, qualified, licensed contractor to replace your windows and doors. If you have already had problems with RBA, pls call your attorney generals office

  ******************* came to measure for phase 3 of the last 6 windows. He was polite and friendly but did his measuring well. Kept me informed about what he was doing. We have enjoyed working with all the teams at Renewal by ********.
