GoDaddy has gone down and still going down in the last 5 years. I mean the support is horrible. Sometimes you know more than the support but the reason why you contact support is because things are not in your control. I have since last year, transferred and still transfer my clients away from GoDaddy. Their support used to be superb and now it is annoyingly disturbing. I am unable to understand who they have outsourced their support to.

We paid GoDaddy for a 12 month subscription, We built and hit Publish for our website, after a couple months and multiple calls to GoDaddy they finally published our website. Fast forward to now - Our annual subscription had expired, we paid GoDaddy. This payment did not turn our website back one - GoDaddy generated a new page and deleted our existing page. We called GoDaddy - the customer service *** was unwilling to help, the Supervisor was unwilling to help. The customer service *** confirmed that our website had issues publishing per the notes, however, GoDaddy conveniently wrote the notes in their favor and deleted/removed the log notes showing months of GoDaddy not publishing our site. GoDaddy stated that they do not want to help - and we were welcome to *** but we would be wasting our money as they are big and we are small! GoDaddy stated that it is international Law to delete our webpage and that they are unwilling to pull and reinstate our page - it has been less than 60 days - well under how long it took GoDaddy to publish our site after initial publishing! GoDaddy offered to charge us $800-$1200 approximated dollars to rebuild our website by pulling the ************* GoDaddy was unwilling to share the recorded transcripts of the months it took to publish out website without Suing. GoDaddy has shown historical efforts of calling before deletion of a website for other clients but did not offer us the same courtesy. GoDaddy refunded our 5DEC2024 transaction, however, GoDaddy refused to refund our 12 month subscription transaction after failing to provide a full 12 months of service after correcting GoDaddy's error of publishing and then providing the stated 30 days prior to deletion. We once again request that GoDaddy reinstate our webpage through the annual 13DEC2024 and request the Renewal fee from that date in which GoDaddy corrected their issue with publishing our initial webpage on 13DEC2023.

We thank you for sharing your candid feedback. We empathize with the expiration of the platform your website was on. With that said, with over 20 million customers, we're simply unable to reasonably complete calls to each one of our customers who has billing issues. As a result, we rely heavily on email communications to alert our customers of upcoming product expirations/renewals. While we try to help when and where we can, ultimately GoDaddy is a solutions-based company, meaning the best solution we can offer may lie in a paid service which is outside of our normal offerings. We welcome the opportunity to connect with you in the hopes of resolving any outstanding concerns and can be reached at ************************************************

Removed API access for no reason. We have been paying for paying for premium DNS for two years and now API access is removed for anyone with less than 50 domains.

I called in tonight to start a 4th business domain, however, after how they treated me and showed me how little they value my business I will now take all 3 of my current domains along with the new one to another company. The First ********* I spoke to was kind and trying to assist me with moving my email that was linked to another domain. He then transferred me to the email team where I waited on hold for 48 minutes just to be disconnected. I called back to ask to speak with a manager and waited on hold again for a long time until an associate answered and refused to get a manager. So he just hung up on me.. went to text and lo and behold got AI who wouldnt get me a manager either. Called back again and spoke with **** who was rude and refused to put a manager on the phone. Lied to me twice and then when I told him they did not value my business or me as a customer he just hung up on me. Now being a business owner and a past manager of Fortune 500 companies I am appalled by their customer service and how they allow these people to represent their business. I will continue to warn everyone I know and will be pulling all of my domains before the new year! Do better management do better for your customers we do pay your salary!!

I am extremely disappointed with GoDaddy's service. I purchased a domain through GoDaddy Auctions, and it has been 16 days past the promised timeframe of 10 to 12 days for the domain transfer. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, I keep receiving the same generic responses with no real solutions, and the issue has still not been resolved. The domain has not been transferred to my account, and it feels like no one at GoDaddy is actually addressing the problem. I trusted their service, and now Im left frustrated and without the domain I paid for. Terrible experience. Would not recommend!

I have been GODADDY customer for 15 years+ hosting my website and purchasing domain. Last month all of the sudden they raised the rate for hosting my website by 70%, when I call to find out what happen, the *** kept me 75 minutes on the phone going back and forth on holds supposedly to find a solution, after all that time he didn't find any and stated that because my website was on an old platform that they provided but now is obsolete, it will cost me more if I want to keep it. Note that over 15 years I been working on my website codes to keep higher on ******, so getting a new platform from go daddy would through all my work down the toilet. I asked to speak to a manager, but the *** (after make wait another 15 minutes) came back saying managers are all in a meeting, so I demand to have managers name, he refused, I insisted and he hang up on me.45 days earlier they sold me a SSL product to my website $200 that if I knew they would raise hosting 70% 45 days later I wouldn't spent those $200. They waited the refund policy time 30 days to then raised the rate of hosting, probably knowing that I would demand my money ******* in the process of moving all my products out of GODADDY and I recommend whoever read this do the same. They have no ethics of how business should be done and I feel I have being defrauded.

Very difficult to work with even after many calls over the past 4 months. In my opinion just another big corporation with little concern as long as they get paid.
