  Last Saturday I went in with frames I purchased from them in 2023. ****** and I discussed how to reuse the frames for a new project I was doing with pressed flowers. He told me to leave the frames with him and come back with the pressed flowers because its difficult to frame at home. Today, 2/3/24, I went online to get my frames because I decided to go in a different direction.VERY disappointed with how ******* treated me today. The owner, ******, is always pleasant, but ******* was so rude in his absence I left in tears. I went in to get ************ didnt know where they were and wasnt even trying to look for them. I ended up telling her to try calling the owner. Only to be told they were in the back and found in the trash can with the glass was removed. When I told her the glass was missing she said I could take that up with the owner and she wasnt going to get into all that with me. I told her I paid over $100 for my three frames and I wasnt leaving without the glass. She looked me up in the system and saw my purchase and told me the glass was thrown away there was nothing she could do. Ive never seen someone so intent on not helping. I told her to call the owner back she did and gave me the phone I asked where did the glass go on the frames he said he destroyed it. I asked why, and why my frames were in the trash after he told me to trust him with them. He said he was under the impression I didnt want them. I was completely shook. I reminded him of how I told him several times we were using those frames for pressed flowers. He was literally going to throw $130 frames in the trash just to sell me a new frame. He told her to cut new glass and she was like oh I can do that. Why wouldnt you do that when I told you the glass was missing and you verified I was in your system as a paid customer? I will not return and I wont hesitate to give someone my true opinion on this small business.
