    Extremely disappointed in the company.I had GTG install two windshields in two separatevehicles and both windshields had scratches. The one in my truck was scored deep enough that I was concerned it could cause issues as itglared like a cracked windshield in the sun. I reached out and told them immediately - providingevidence as they requested. They denied there was a problem, but promised that they would warranty the windshield if anything happenedin the area of the scratch. However, here I am a few months later and the windshield spider cracked, originating from the scratch. I contacted GTG to let them know and have been given the runaround, been told the owner would comelook and he completely blew it off, then told they would not warranty the windshield as they promised. Additionally, they are claiming the breakage is from an "impact" when it is clearly not.On top of this, on thesecond vehicle's windshield, the exterior seal howls when driving into the wind.We will never use them again.

    The staff at Go To Glass are friendly and helpful when it came to replacing my windshield. They helped me with my insurance company and the process was easy and painless. Thats when i learned they also do home installations with different types of glass. We had our windows on our home finally replaced with double pane glass to keep in the warmth for the winter. The job Go To Glass did for our entire home was fast and affordable. Thank You Go To Glass and we recommend you to everyone we talk to.
