    This company uses a third party sales service which provides a quote the company doesnt honor. If you check yelp and other reviews you will see this is a common practice. They tell you service and billing will be every other month, however they bill monthly, which makes pricing exorbitant and uncompetitive. When you ask you cancel given the false pretenses, they threaten a cancellation fee and blame the customer.

    In August 2024, I had a technician that was at my house who was caught on a ring video camera spraying down an edible garden that was completely walled off with Cement blocks. When I called ****** the office manager to ask her if they are trained and not stay away from edible plants I had been assured of that over the years as Ive been with them for four years and theyre supposed to say 2 feet away advised her I have the guy on camera. She did not believe me refused to do anything about it unless I showed her video proof. I asked to speak with a manager was never givenManager information and ended up just canceling the policy. They ended up charging me for that month as well and who knows how long this had been going on, but I do know that technician was caught on Camer spraying a pepper plant which was obvious was an edible garden, I recommend you watch your cameras and watch these technicians. Ive also had another incident where they sprayed all over my two of outdoor couch cushions and again ****** did nothing about it besides to say she was sorry and I advised her never have that technician back at my house. They did honor that the technician never came back but when the second incident happened, ****** decided that she didnt know any information about the first incident she was rude incompetent and completely ignored the security of possible poising my family am my self
