"I had inquired about a vehicle i was interested in, then their sales *** reached out to see if i could come in and test drive the car after i had already applied online for financing, i had a co signer so by the time i was there he gave differnet quotes told me everything looked good and i was happy with the quote he had given me, so then i waited several minutes then comes back to me tells me i can comeback another time or that he will reach out after banks makes the initial approvali texted for an update few days later and there was lack of response seems like he was already moving forward on denying me the car, After 2 days i head back to dealer with a new co signer, looking to speak to ***** ******, He was no where to be found, i had another guy helping me out since ***** ****** was busy, so busy i never saw him again, while he was at the the dealership, i was ther for 5hrs after coming home from a 12hour shift, ive waited and another sales *** kept coming back from the managers office with different quotes and telling me everything looked decent and that this will work keeping my hopes up just waiting on the bank to approve it and trying to find out a good payment plan for me, this kept going for quite awhile so i got a little frustrated since being there for so long and not being helped by the orginal sales *** ***** ******,until finally he comes back with his boss, tells me if the social security on the paper work is me, AFTER all this time, that the banks cant seem to prove its me and cant give me any loans at this time, but ofcourse it was, but completely changes demeanor, at this point i felt racially profiled,i had money down, bad credit but had a co signer a good, and after all i wanted my dream car they still denied me, i even brought my wife and sister from out of state willing to help with co sign with a good credit and yet they added a deadend over 1 phone bill wish we had better outcome and got alot more help from them but they said no exception"
