Unless affected by circumstance beyond our control, Carmen’s Creations providesa 100% money back guarantee on all shipments failing to meet deliverydeadlines, confirmed at the time of order.
Circumstances beyond our control include severe weather conditions inhibitingthe freight carrier from timely delivery, interruption to freight line due tomanmade challenges (IE: Gas shortages, labor strikes, re-routing shipments dueto road conditions), incorrect delivery address provided at the time oforder.
Manufacturer Defects:
Carmen’s Creations will exchange any product within a shipment that does notmeet the quality standard established by the sample approval process.Replacement units will be provided immediately to ensure order fulfillment. Tocomplete the exchange, the defective units, in new condition, must be packagedfor pick up.
When care instructions are followed, performance failures relating to stitchingare also 100% guaranteed throughout the 2014 detasseling season. Less than 2%of our products have failed since 2009. Please return a sample of the defectiveunits for our team to study and safeguard against future issues.
