    My name is Lorraine McGrath and I am filing a complaint on Liberty Water. For the past couple months I have not recieved a billing statement in the mail and there is no way of contacting them. I would appreciate it to get my statement monthly with the account number so I can pay my bill.
    I went to the nearest office only to find that they do not have walk in or a way to contact them about my situation. Calling the office is not an option either since there is never an answer.
    I would like to get my statement monthly in the mail and get a compensation or take something off this month's or next bill for the inconvenience.
    I would appreciate if I could also get in contact with them as it is frustrating not kniwing when I will be getting my statement to pay for the month.

    The company overpressurized the water lines destroying my waterlines and failed to come out to tell me where the leak was for over a year and a half until I complained to the public service commission. Have refused to credit the bill. There is a 13,000$ bill that they’re saying I have to pay even though they failed to come out to tell me where the leak was after numerous calls and texts messages went unanswered
