When I called RFA my representative ...., was very knowlageble in answering my question and talking with my husband and I with cancelling our Timesharing. He then set us up with another representative to start our process we are ready to exit our timeshare obligations legally and not fall for another scam. We will wait and see thanksReview fromPaul M

RFA was the first time share cancellation company that I actually felt wanted to help individuals and not just a money grab. **** was a breath of fresh air and I would truly recommend him and them! This companys strategy to negotiate with a resort is to stop making payments which eventually will put you in foreclosure. We wished we would have been explained this prior to signing a contract with them. This strategy didnt work for us an our resort was paid in full and we dont want our credit to be affected. They stated that foreclosure is just a fancy word and not a big deal. The company offers credit repair at no cost but regardless your credit is damage. We lost the money we gave them to start the case. Hopefully we wont have any other surprises.

I had the wonderful experience speaking with *******. She was so kind and friendly. She explained everything to me in a way I could understand during a stressful situation. She went above and beyond. She saved us thousands of dollars. It ends up I don't have to pay back Thousands of dollars. She found me all my in's and out's. We are very early in the process but the initial call was fast, easy and chock full of information. They do not promise magic results but provide a clear process to understand the options to exit the legal death trap called a timeshare. ******************* (no relation), the Onboarding Specialist I worked with was extremely helpful.RFA Cancellation
