"Extremely challenging to say the least , recently purchased a house that BGRS was the relocation agent , terrible coordination They insisted on one closing date for the sale and then when THEY ran past the date and couldnt get their client relocated we had to pay for the increased closing cost , would highly suggest when buying a house where they are involved to add a stipulation that if they over the agreed upon date they cover the difference"
