    I paid $45 to this platform to see a physician and gain access to a medication. I filled out my basic patient details and preferred pharmacy as required to make an appointment.The provider was late to the appointment and then sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I went an hour away to the wrong pharmacy because the medication could not be transferred and they told me they do not even offer the medication and it would not be in stock ever. I emailed a request to transfer the prescription to my usual cvs with all the necessary details and was ignored. They openly refused to refund me and are not providing me a pharmacy alternative to get my medication. I have attached my receipt to upscript based out of ******* for the $45 service. I no longer want the medication, I would like a refund.

    After reviewing the patient's complaint and comparing the timeline, provider notes, and documentation in the patient's electronic medical record; we have issued the patient a refund due to the poor patient experience she had. We sincerely regret this happened and are doing our best to ensure the patient's concerns are addressed directly with her, as well as providing education and coaching to members of our staff and reviewing our standard operating procedures to identify areas of improvement. Our goal is always to provide excellence in patient care. Our Chief Operations Officer has contacted Ms. ********* and we have submitted a refund request to be processed in full as quickly as possible.  

    Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address this matter and improve our business practices.

    My underage daughter signed up for this using my card information. The company has taken money without authorization and I have received a confirmation a doctor had approved her prescription without even speaking with her! I have sent multiple emails to cancel this and no one has responded. I have tried to call with no answer and the chat function is apparently not available. I am appaled a doc can prescribe a drug without even speaking with someone and verifying they are who they are! I can not place a stop payment as she used my debit card and it has already processed. I would like my money refunded asap! The order number is **************** and the physician who approved it is Dr. ********************* Email NPI-**********.

    I purchased the service of a telehealth appointment with *******************************. I was logged in and ready for my appointment 19 minutes before my scheduled time. At about 10 minutes before my appointment i was placed in a waiting room. I sat in that waiting room over 30 additional minutes before i was booted out and no one ever showed up for the appointment. I then sent a message in chat to see what had occurred much to my dismay the chat representative abruptly ended the chat with no resolution. At this point i called customer service where an agent reassured me that the dr would call me today. Still no call, no appointment no resolution but my time and money were wasted. They are a scam. I want my money refunded asap

    I received an email telling prompting me to reach out for a refill which I did not want so I didnt follow the instructions. The company still refilled the prescription telling me that it was auto refill but I have no verification of that. They are refusing to take the order back, refund even a partial payment and take me off of auto refill and even accused me of fraud for trying to work this out through my bank because a manager never called back like I was told they would.

    Predatory Practices: I ordered a 3 month supply of product from this company. I did not sign up for, nor request auto refill in fact I received 3 emails requesting I refill prior to the unauthorized shipment. I had severe adverse effects to this product resulting in a hospital visit and subsequent surgery-though that is NOT the basis of my complaint. My complaint is the Unauthorized Shipment of and automatic payment for A product I cannot use and did not request. Additionally customer service was accusatory, rude and not at all helpful. I only get transferred to a pharmacist to leave a message to discuss my side effect. The Result of the side effects was 25k in medical bills and surgery . Again that is not my dispute - only the unauthorized charges for the unauthorized auto shipment. Upon investigation Many reviewers have experienced the same predatory practices of unauthorized auto refill with false claims that auto ship was selected.

    I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction and to request a refund for failure to perform as described I paid for 4 consecutive months of Contrave only to find that I lost absolutely no weight whatsoever. Following the suggested food and exercise plan made absolutely no impact. Pharmaceutical companies receive substantial U.S. government assistance in the form of publicly funded basic research and tax breaks, yet they continue to charge exorbitant prices for medications. Sonsumers demand results as advertised and no product whether pharmaceutical or not should be above the level of expectations for product performance.
