Because our items are custom made to match exactly with photo uploads, we do not offer returns after an order has been placed.
Build-A-Head warrants to the original purchaser of a Build-A-Head product, that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the date of original receipt. Build-A-Head will replace components that are defective. If do you need to return a product to Build-A-Head, please contact our customer service department and have them issue a Return Authorization number.DAMAGED SHIPMENT POLICY
