    I've always had a good experience shopping with Autism-Products. Their service is friendly and professional, and everything I've ordered has been just like they described. The prices are fair for the type of specialized items they sell, and it's a nice bonus that they offer free shipping on orders over /$99. I'll definitely keep buying from them!

    Love this site. I started shopping Autism-Products December 2024 and have already placed two significant orders. Thats how confident I am. The website has tons of items to help support our families. The prices are super competitive. Shopping is quick. Communication is top tier. They respond to questions very quickly, even in the dark hours of the night. Thankful that I found them as I continue this journey with my child.

    Worst company I ever dealt with.First she responded then stopped responding. Cant get my refund and I have none of their product. Stealing people money!!

    My place of employment ordered a fiber optic sensory light for our sensory room. I would give 0 stars if possible. The product only worked for approximately 3-4 months before it stopped working. The product had not been touched since installation beyond being turned on and off each day. We reached out to autism products assuming it might still be under warranty given it had only been a few months, and the product cost was approximately $1,200. Autism products has not responded to any email coordination or claims and refuse to follow up. We are now purchasing all other sensory items through Amazon. This site has poor customer service, with poorly made products who make no effort to respond to customer issues or complaints. I would avoid this site at all costs as they seem to be banking off of a disability with no recourse in resolving issues with said products. Based on other reviews it seems this is a common issue. AVOID!!
