    To whom it may concern,I have visited this location dozens of *********** on my way here I saw a car accident scary stuff. The young man at the door ******* H says hello and how are you. I hand him My id and say hello! And ignore his question about how are you. I dont think he likes that because he asks arent you going to answer the question. I begin to explain how I feel its disingenuous for retail employees to ask this and ask him do you really care how Im doing. The employees said thats one way of thinking I bet you make a lot of friends like that. At this point I was about to go in and replied okay I hope you have a lot of friends or something like that. The employees called me back by name (a violation of my right to privacy) and said that if I am going to be rude I should shop elsewhere he is refusing me service. I didnt argue I said I will take your advice and left. I am appalled by the interaction and cant believe a retail employee would treat a guest this way.

    HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! THEY HAD A DISCOUNT GOING ON AND DID NOT HONOR IT, SHAMEFUL COMPANY AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN
