- Refund and Exchange Policy
- We collect funds prior to beginning work and deposit the funds into an Arizona State Bar regulated client trust account. If we cannot complete the flat fee work, or you direct us to stop work on your project, we will refund any portion of the fee that has not been earned. We do not give refunds after work is completed.
