    I don't like writing negative reviews, but I feel this situation warrants a negative review to help others.This medical "practice" is filled with dishonest individuals. I went in for an annual physical exam and made it explicitly clear numerous times that I only wanted lab work and physical-related checks that are covered by my annual physical exam (preventative). The nurse who saw me (not even a doctor) ******* me I need to come back to discuss the lab results. I asked her if she could upload to a portal and call me like every other physician's office. She tells me 'no', and now I am stuck with an out of pocket amount to pay as the return visit is not considered part of the annual physical exam. This second visit was absolutely unnecessary and useless, and the nurse didn't even have anything meaningful to add about my lab results. I am not even sure she understands them, to be honest. I ended up Googling some of the focused areas, and her advice was totally garbage. I am tempted to report her to whatever board oversees her certifications.I believe the primary reason why they asked me to come back was to be able to charge the insurance company another "procedure" to be paid even more. So dishonest.Prospective patients - be warned and beware! There are plenty of other real physician practices that won't do such garbage things. Don't waste your time with this "medical practice".

We spoke about your account and you were clearly explained our policy and procedures when it comes to reviewing your results and the reasons why we have every patient come back for review and future plan of care. You were explained that follow up visit is required for a continuity of care and not to defeat the purpose of initial visit. We understand that you are upset with the bill you have received from our office. Unfortunately you have a deductible based plan as we discussed in our conversation and it saddens us, that this review comes from a place of anger once you received a bill that is dictated by your health insurance. You came back for follow up visit willingly and knowingIy. I regret that you had a negative experience with our office and hope you find a Doctor that can offer you services without any charges and or not obeying insurance rules and regulations.
