We have been a loyal customer with this company for over twelve years. Our company started with them for GPS monitoring of our vehicles. About three years ago they brought a camera platform into their services. We enrolled in that platform so we would have gps units and creamers on thirteen of our trucks. After paying all sorts of money and having everything installed it ends up that the cameras and gps units use two separate web sites making it difficult and tedious to navigate. This was never disclosed to us and when we figured this out we wanted out of the contract. GPS insight claimed that we are locked into a three year contract and would not let us out and said we need to buy them out of the contract. GPS Insight uses a company out of *********, ** called Netradyne for their cameras. GPS Insight is a middle man. Had I known this I would have gone directly to ********* as they offer a gps/cameracombo so I wouldn't need two devices for gps and cameras. It was a total ************** On top of that their accounting department is a mess. They keep billing us for items we no longer have. It has been six months in dealing with them to get this corrected and it's still a mess. This is taking away from us running our company which is hard enough for a small business. I do not recommend using this company.
