Online + Classroom training:
If you cancel more than 7 days from the start of your scheduled classroom training and have not started taking the online training portion yet, you will be issued a full refund. Less than 7 days, you receive full credit to attend a future class, or your credit can be transferred to another person. Coordination with us for name transfer is required.
If you started taking the online training and were scheduled to attend classroom training but cannot make it, either you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for a different classroom session, or receive a refund of the difference between online training only and online plus classroom.Online only:
If you registered for online training only and did not take any courses, you can receive a full refund. Once the online training has been accessed, refunds are not issued.
