The last few months I have had so many troubles with this gym and their PT. I tried to cancel my Pt back in October multiple times. While the staff told me they put in a request to have my PT cancelled, it never got cancelled, causing my account to be billed over and over for 4 months. When I went to the managers again to fix it I was told the only way to put my account in good standing was to pay $500 and I was pushed into doing so even though I knew it was not correct. Even though I paid, my account continued to be charged, and my account stayed overdue. When I went to a different manager, I was told that the only way to get rid of the balance (that I already paid half of) was to go back into PT and pay $88 biweekly for 6 months. Feeling pressured and so ready to have everything fixed I agreed again. Since starting, I have had the $88 charged to my account but there has been an additional charge of $156. When *** called me to tell me my account was 3 $156 charges behind I explained to them that it couldn't be right because I was only supposed to be paying the $88. I was told to go into my gym to make sure those charges got cancelled. When I went in and talked to ANOTHER manager, I was told that there was nothing that is charging the $156 to my account, and the 3 $156 charges I owed were 3 or 4 missed payments of $88, which made no sense. When I told the manager that that was not correct and showed him my app with the $156 charges, he explained to me that he would call and get back to me in a few days. I never received a call. Since then, I have had to have multiple phone calls with my bank because the charges were being marked as fraud. I ended up being charged almost $600 this past week and I am at a loss of what to do now. I've called and emailed many people about how to get my money back, but have had no help or even a reply.Review fromJack A

If I could leave half a star I would. The process to cancel a membership is utterly ridiculous. I had canceled before moving to which 5 months later I realized they were still charging me and to call to cancel is one of the most insane processes ever. I will NEVER join another Eos gym again because of this.Review fromJacob L

i have been trying for the last month to get my account revoked, and payments stopped. I have emailed, called, and done everything possible to stop transactions from this company. I was also misled by the sales *** or whoever is in charge of their sign up. They signed me up for a personal trainer program that the ***resentative said was a 1 time fee or make smaller payments towards it totaling $680.00. I have now been charged $280.00 every 2 weeks since i signed up. A whopping $3,640, almost 6 times the amount they said it would be. I do not live in the state anymore and have tried for the past month but no one can find my account. This is f****** ridiculous, because they have my ACH I cant stop the payments from my bank or change my card. I'm not sure if this is a one time horrible horrible mismanaged or if its a systematic trying to take advantage of people who are just looking for a cheap gym.Review fromMarcella J

*** is a terrible gym and scams clients out of money!! In 2023 had initially signed up for personal training and membership. But my summer became ill. I was told that because it's a medical issue once well could return for my sessions. Fast forward I'm better ready to get healthier and return. EOS collected over $3,045.00 from me but I did not receive the services I paid for. A manager named *** basically says he can't honor what the prior employee told me (*** *.) because he no longer is with them. But if I sign up they will add sessions but I have to pay all over again just less. After thinking about it I called at least 7 times to the *******/Pecos location no call returned. Then sent *** an email letting him know I wanted to cancel. That was March here we are in May still not properly cancelled from membership and my money has not been refunded at all. So EOS is trying to keep all of my $3045 plus $352.00 even though I have not had the services that were promised. And this is very disheartening and the tactics they use are deplorable. To take people's hard earned money and have no accountability this gym business needs to be investigated because I am sure there are others they have over promised and under delivered too.EOS Fitness

EoS in ********** is probably the worst of the worst gyms regarding parking I have ever seen. One would just like to park and work out, doesn't work that way there! You have to circle the entire parking lot a minimum of 3 times or 15 minutes or so to find a spot and by the time you find one you are completely frustrated with the entire ordeal. THEN, once a week then block off eight spots for a lunch truck, as if it's not bad enough. Sharing the EoS parking lot is the Midas repair shop, a small diner, casino/bar/restaurant, ****** shop, vitamin store & nail solon + hundred or so people in the gym. Many people just give up looking for parking spot and simply park across the street at the ***** parking lot a block away. In addition, a lot of the machines and equipment are not in working order for months even though the staff was told about their poor condition. I understand you can't even cancel your account on-line (see this written everywhere in the reviews) and I'll have to go in one last time. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. enough already...EOS Fitness

*****, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our Centennial location. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you've encountered. We understand how important convenient parking is, and we recognize that the current situation can be challenging. Your comments about the parking lot congestion and the impact of shared spaces with neighboring businesses have been noted. Our property management company does manage the parking lot and we too wish we had more available spots. Regarding the equipment concerns, were sorry to hear that some machines have been out of order for an extended period. This is not the standard we strive for, and weve escalated this issue to our maintenance team to ensure repairs are completed promptly. I see that you have canceled your membership. We do hate to see you go but we do understand. Thank you for your honesty and for having been a part of our community.Review fromEd B

The managers and especially the general manager at the ******* location on ********** are not the friendliest, very evasive with information and right out lie or tell the truth. ********* requires their managers not to provide corporate info to anyone. The managers are unprofessional. I have seen more than a dozen of new general manages come and go including front desk personal since opening just 2 years ago. Too many to count. Equipment when it breaks down takes weeks and even months to fix or replace. The shower walls are slimy. The only thing good about this gym are the fitness instructors.EOS Fitness

Friday and Monday has come and gone. Here it is Wednesday, and NO one from *** has contacted me. Your words are meaningless and are for show only for the readers to see. You had a shower that constantly leaked or dripped for the past 3 weeks. Yesterday it was finally fixed. I wonder how much water was wasted because your management didn't care to fix it. Had your employees cleaned the showers regularly, it would have been reported and fixed sooner.Review fromVianna P

My husband and I have been having an ongoing issue. It's been close to a almost a year now. This is regarding canceling our membership We have spoken to multiple staff including ****** ******* at the ********* EOS location (*********************************). She refused to give management information because she said since she was in charge there was no need for anyone else to get involved because she would take care of it. It's been 3 weeks and no solution since then. She stated we would get a refund and that we were owed over $200. Still nothing despite the multiple attempts in person and over the phone. We have gone in person out of our way multiple times and multiple times staff have stated they took care of it. We went in person 2x before we moved to confirm cancelled membership and each time they confirmed it has been. Yet, have continued to charge us. We do not live in the area any longer. The fact that we drive over an hour multiple times to take care of this; to be told it has and that there will be a refund and it hasn't been refunded yet is a huge problem. Ultimately the gym was a great experience and we do not have one in our area as of yet but, this experience here makes us not want to go back ever. This is ridiculous. I was hoping someone can take care of this. My next steps are to call the news. The fact that there are multiple reviews here with similar problems, The news will have a feast on this. I'd rather not waste my time doing so but it's come to the point to where I have to do what is necessary because this isn't right and money is owed to us. I sent an email to some of the management Including ****** ********, *** *******, ****** *****, ****** *******, **** ********* and NO ONE has responded. I wish leave zero but I cannot unfortunately.EOS Fitness

Unprofessional and Misleading - THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AND I CANNOT CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. I dont usually leave reviews, but my experience at this gym was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. I signed up for personal training expecting professional guidance and support. Instead, my trainers frequently showed up late, one canceled at 4 AM - only 45 mins before our early AM session, because he was "tired" - showed up late, and even arrived smelling strongly of weed. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any fitness environment.I was promised customized workout plans and nutritional guidance but received absolutely none of it. To make matters worse, I later discovered that one of the trainers had misrepresented their certifications. When I addressed these issues, management failed to take any meaningful action or offer real accountability. This gym is all talk: slick sales pitch, zero follow-through. If you value your time, money, and fitness goals, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.EOS Fitness

I left reviews and ****** and Yelp. Im disappointed in my visit to the ****** location. I signed up on the website for a 7 day trial pass and came in to tour the location. Im not going to join a gym without trying it. As I come in front desk sign up tablet was broken, the towel machine is labeled as broken, and ******* asks to see my license and informs me that because ******* is closer to my home, they cant do the 7 day trial but that he could show me around. It seemed quite sketchy and like a lie to get someone to sign up for a gym. I dont believe the manager doesnt have the means to have someone try a gym. I work 10 minutes from this location and would never use the ******* one. He was uninterested and kept repeating that he could still show me around. I decline and left. Im not interested in being contacted - businesses always love to reply with a generic apology and offer to contact. Its not genuine at all.EOS Fitness

*******, thank you for sharing your experience. Not one that we wish for prospects of our gyms. You are correct, the manager should have at least let you try out the facility that day. Actually, we are a company that does want to use experiences to help our teams grow and better understand how to work with guests and members. I have sent you an email in hopes that you can share more and I would be happy to connect you with the District Sales Manager so he can gain full clarity and the coach his team. We truly do apologize.
