    Agave does credit card processing we have been doing business with them for over two years. The *** flagged my account because ********************** accidentally entered my EIN #. It could have been an easy fix but I was not notified by agave or the **** Agave began withholding 25% of my receipts . I had to notify them because I had no idea why. They didnt either. It has taken 3 weeks and Agave refuses to admit they made a mistake. They gave me inconsistent and incorrect information.This error is going to make it difficult to balance my books! This is a very important part of my business and I am forced to change providers because Agave has lost my trust.
