Pinnacle Finance is very easy to work with. They held our loan for a home water system purchase we made and I contacted them a few times over the year of our loan to ask questions. ******* ****** on their customer service team is very responsive, helpful, and professional. She responded each time very quickly and gave me the information I needed to resolve my concern. She is very pleasant to correspond with and seemed to take great care in making sure I had all the answers I was looking for. Pinnacle Finance processed the loan efficiently and I was happy with the service I received, especially from Ms. ******* Thank you for all you do!Pinnacle Finance

What a great local lender that uses time honored conventional methods to approve loans that the giant banks wont! The staff is great too! Theyll treat you like family, not like a number. Hard to find this type of service in any industry nowadays. I highly recommend them!!Pinnacle Finance
