    I made the purchase mid August 2023, and since I have not been able to use the product. The company is charging fees that were not disclosed prior to purchase for installation and license key. I had issues with installation and they were informed from the beginning, but they only offer to help if $500 was paid. this was not mentioned during the purchase process. They did not show any past performance of product, only mentioned it. They want to charge to reissue license keys even after failing to assist with installation and understanding I had issues with this process. The product does not work as advertised, and support is non existent. They maintain anonymity you never know who responds, it appears they do not read their ticket system to understand core issues and how to resolve. Support if you are lucky respond in 48 hours, but their response does not address the issues, leaving you at square one every time. Sales person disappeared and will not call back. They do not take credit card payment only wires, this should have been a red flag for me. Considering filing complaint with ** AG's office. Stay away from these people.
