    I am the General Manager of a CBD shop in **********, ** and I purchased a liter of Nano CBD from ************ Within 2 weeks the nano was growing mold and when I reached out to ***** at RxStar he tried to tell me that it wasn't mold but a normal part of the product. Eventually he agreed to provide a new liter. This new one also grew mold within 2 weeks. This time ***** told us that his partner **** had forgotten to add the preservative and they would send out a new liter. The third one turned purple and smelled like acetone. After confronting ***** about this, he became defensive and **** drunkenly harassed myself and the business owner, calling us repeatedly and being extremely unprofessional. We sent this last liter of product to a 3rd party lab for testing, something ***** had never done, and found that it contained so much bacteria the lab couldn't even quantify it without diluting it significantly. This much bacteria would have caused our customers illness and I am seriously concerned about the quality of the other products they are producing in that lab if they are simply forgetting to add preservative and not testing their products before sending them to customers.

    This has been an unfortunate situation to be part of and I am very sad to be part of this. After attempting multiple times to resolve the situation with the customer, we have asked them they will be better off going some place else. I would have liked to resolve the situation with the owner. We have 14+ years in the CBD/Hemp business and there has been not one complaint ever. Not one! The customer is CBDVault located in **********, Az. The ** that has sent a negative review is ******************** whom has just become ** July19, 2024. Her background was in fireworks and fashion, not sure how that qualifies her to become a ** of a pink sheet CBD company. The companies owner is ************ and they are on the pink sheets market as CBD ****************** (a CBD company on pink sheets). Unfortunately, everyone sees the monetary possibilities to make in the CBD/Hemp industry and a few radicals decide to give it a shot. Thats when individuals that have zero experience in the industry try to make it and eventually will dissolve out. As far as I know, they have one small store.I understand their position being new to the industry, hence why Ive made multiple products for them without being compensated, which they have sold at their location, leading to they still have an open invoice with me. Starting a business is tough in this industry especially if you dont have a background in it. Which is why my concern for them, they are not educated enough to be in the CBD/Hemp industry at this time. They were confused on where to access a lab result and what to specifically test for. I have educated numerous farms, labs and owners over the past 14years and would have liked to help them out as well. In Jennifers complaint, she referred to a product, this was the water soluble CBD formula Ive tried educating them on. They claim it has bacteria yet I have not seen a lab result from them. I have my own lab result, which I am happy to share, showing zero bacteria/prokaryotes. Unfortunately, this is when unexperienced owners and **s become indecisive on how to move forward, so they refer to their previous experience in the fields they come from. This brings a bad name to the Hemp industry which has been fighting for approval for years, allowing inexperienced owners and **s to make money on behalf of consumers and not for the wellbeing of science. We test all of our products and even provided test results to the owner of our bulk ingredient. (If youre familiar with custom hemp manufactured products, they are tested by batches and require time for testing, this can not be done in 2 days as ******** insisted she can have done). In the past you could have expedited a test result, COA (certificate of authenticity) but most of the reliable labs have done away with expediting. I also sent the product in for testing, which takes ***** days to have tested from a reliable lab. I had mentioned this to ******** and the owner of CBDVault via text/email and they didnt want to wait for the results to come in. Also, ******** refers to **** in the complaint as a partner. **** is not a partner in the company. Not sure why ******** needs to state false information. We have tried to please the customer but they seem to be unpleasable. There are a few other claims stated by ******** at CBDVault that I can reflect onto as well as ************ other endeavors that are questionable. (Side note, her other endeavors she is related too involved me investing a large amount of money and to use my customer base to benefit off of, which me and my team quickly turned down to be part of). As well as verbally abuse to me and my team via text.Very unprofessional. Also, from my understanding, there has been at least 2+ **s/employees that have been fired or have voluntarily left. This represents management might be a little difficult to work with. I wish ******************** the best of luck and I hope her and the owners become successful with their store and pink sheet stock. If I can help in anyway to resolve any situation or educate someone, I will do what I can. I am available to help resolve any unsatisfied circumstances with the customer. We try to please ALL of our 200+ national customers. Owner - ************
