PAYMENT
Down By The River Bed And Breakfast requires the payment for the charges of one night, or one if more than one night, half (1/2) of your stay, including tax, at the time of the registration. The balance is due upon arrival. We accept cash, traveler's checks, Master Charge and Visa but sorry we don't accept personal checks.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of the reservation is allowed up to 10 days prior to the stay less a $25.00 charge per room. Cancellation less than 10 days to the day of arrival will not be refunded but the amount, less $50.00 per room, can be used to reserve another stay that occurs within the next 12 months. The future stay will be charged at the current rate for the room that is effect at the time of the subsequent reservation.
Cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay unless another guest books the room for that date. If that occurs the 10 day policy will be implemented as outlined above.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Checking time is from 3 PM to 6 PM. If you are going to arrive later than that, call ahead to let us know so that we can be here to greet you. If you are early the rooms may not be ready but we do have facilities to store your baggage.
Check out time is at 11 AM. Please respect this time since we may be having guests later that day and we have to have the rooms ready for them.
OTHER POLICIES
Feel free to bring your own beverages for your use. Only the two larger rooms have a microwave, refrigerator, dishes and service ware for your use in preparing meals. The smaller rooms do not have utensils or dishes available so you will need to provide your own. Additionally there is a barbeque, charcoal and utensils available for your use.
Sorry for the comfort of our guests we don't allow children under the age of 8 or pets during your visit. - Business Categories
