We were tired of those national companies that take a some tech youve never met will get to you in a month approach Desert Shield is a Tucson-based business that is fully focused on customer satisfaction. We talked with several vendors and chose Desert Shield because owner *************************** is straightforward, oversees the work himself, and directly engages with each client. He offers extremely competitive pricing, with fast response time, and his hands-on management in crafting the best solution for a specific property provides an immediate sense of accountability and trust. I called Desert Shield after noticing some termite activity. **** came out the next day and discussed options for treatment. I decided on a plan and **** was able to get me on the schedule two days later. **** and his co-worker arrived on time and got right to work. **** is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him.

The gentleman that came to provide me services was great! While he was spraying for bugs he took the time to ensure that the cat food bowls I left out for the strays were not only out of the way but also covered! I was very impressed with their promptness. The owner returned my call within two hours. The next day he was out to give me a quote and the following he was back to treat for termites. The job was complete in two days!
